The T3 2021 Agenda is Shaping Up Nicely: Here’s What You Need to Know – By Joel Bruckenstein8/6/2021
Thanks for your patience and flexibility, everyone. We are finally able to bring together the essential logistics and agenda – and things are shaping up nicely. Talk about a moving chess board! Here’s what you need to know. COVID PROTOCOLS The T3 community is thrilled to be gathering in person for the 2021 T3 gatherings in Denton, Texas this fall. We will take every reasonable precaution to ensure a clean, safe, and healthy meeting environment. We are monitoring the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as those from state and local health and government agencies and our event venue. We will implement best practices for safety based on the conditions at the time of the conference, and we will keep you updated about what these will look like as we get closer the conference kickoff. Rest assured that your comfort and safety are our number one priority. NEW REFUND AND CANCELATION POLICY We get it. It’s hard to plan given everything going on right now. But we are moving ahead with hope and determination to bring you a great experience. Meanwhile, we’re relaxing our refund and cancelation policy to reflect the times. So, if for any reason you decide you do not want to make the trip, we will provide a full refund to ticketholders as long as you give us notice the following notice: Send an email to Phil Galanty at AIM Meetings by Friday, September 10, 2021, prior to 12pm Midnight EDT if you want to exercise your full-refund rights: PGalanty@AIMMeetings.com Sponsors, it’s a different ball game for you. All questions should be directed to Phil Galanty at the email shown above. SUMMARY OF AGENDA
Tuesday will be another full day of sessions and exhibit hall activity. There’s even a craft beer tasting that afternoon. The DevCon workshop will be running concurrently. We’ll be ending the day with a session led by HIFON in one room and a women’s leadership panel and reception in another room. You’ll be free after 7pm, so anyone who does not still have dinner plans, you are sure to find new friends in the lobby bar Tuesday night – or head on over to In-N-Out Burger for a fun, fast meal. Wednesday will be another full day of sessions and exhibit hall activity. Don’t miss the whiskey tasting that afternoon. We will be ending the day with the much anticipated ScratchWorks competition and the big FinTech Party – and all who are just now arriving for the T3 Enterprise Day on Thursday are also invited to attend. As we are welcoming the T3 Enterprise attendees on Wednesday night, we will be saying goodbye to the T3 Advisor attendees on Wednesday night. T3 Advisor sponsors will be breaking down in time to attend the FinTech Party. The ScratchWorks competition and the FinTech Party are the bridging activities. There will be plenty of food and drinks at the T3 FinTech Party, so come prepared to relax and have fun! ONE FULL DAY FOR T3 ENTERPRISE ACTIVITIES Thursday morning, T3 Advisor ticketholders will not be permitted into the sessions or exhibit hall unless they also purchased a ticket to the T3 Enterprise Day – which is being held exclusively for financial services executives on Thursday, September 30th. Sessions for T3 Enterprise ticketholders will run the entire day. The exhibit hall will be open. There will be a cocktail party for T3 Enterprise ticket holders and sponsors on Thursday around 5:30pm. Feel free to fly or drive home Thursday night as there will be no T3 activities on Friday, October 1st. Friday there are no T3 activities planned.
