Please get any press releases you want us to include in T3’s Daily Media Digests. You can embargo the content so that it goes out on the date you want to the industry media list that T3’s PR Team will use to amplify your announcements. The best dates for your announcements to be made public will be May 2nd, 3rd or 4th. We may also consider publishing your announcement on www.T3TechnologyHub.com.

NO OUTSIDE VIDEO CREWS
We understand that some of you may want to video record your presentation. If you can do that, using a small tripod and Smart Phone – something that is unobtrusive and will not interfere with the conference room experience – then we are all for that.
However, large video rigs and/or outside video crews are not permitted due to fire marshal rules and T3’s policy. If you would like to discuss video capture and production of your session, please contact TeresaLaw@ImpactCommunicaitons.org or stop by Impact Communication’s table in Podcast Alley and speak with Jonny Swift.
We hope you understand that tripods and cables, special requests to the venue’s A/V Team and physical impediments of any sort can disrupt the overall conference experience and create a problem not just for safety but for other conference goers.
As a general rule, we are not providing the press list due to overwhelming consensus from our journalist friends -- they do not want to be bombarded with meeting requests. But there will be lots of traditional journalists and citizen journalists in attendance, so be on the lookout for influencers and reporters who just want be a part of the mix and scout out their own story lines.
Members of the press will be onsite reporting on the sessions and announcements that interest them, so be sure that your team is ready for that.
The one exception to this rule is that Diamond, Ruby, Platinum Plus and/or Platinum sponsors will receive the press list about a week in advance of the event. It will come from T3’s PR team, Impact Communications, once the list has been finalized.
Hint: Doing a great presentation is the best way to stimulate media interest.
PODCAST ALLEY AND SOCIAL CAM
T3 and Impact Communications will be providing a SocialCam” video station, which is free and open to all. Find it in Podcast Alley and shoot a short video for the T3 Twitter page. This is a great way to boost your visibility with the #FinTwit community. Who knows? It may even help you win the social media engagement contest mentioned above!
