Dear friends and members of the T3 community, Since the unfortunate postponement announcement last week, the T3 Conference management team has been working closely with the Embassy Suites on hotel room reservations. The Embassy Suites has agreed to cancel all current room reservations that were previously made for the T3 Conference. Within the next few days, all reservations will be cancelled out and any credit card holds will be released. There are no additional steps needed. All room reservations will be cancelled on your behalf. We are still working on arriving at alternative conference dates in 2022. As soon as a decision is made, we will send out a notification to all participants.
As a reminder:
We are truly sorry for this disruption and change in plans. Joel Bruckenstein, of course, sends his heartfelt thanks for your patience and understanding and knows that we were all looking forward to getting back together, in person, this fall, but the consensus is that this is the best course of action right now. Please continue to watch T3 social media and subscribe to the T3 Newsletter at www.T3TechnologyHub.com so that you receive continued information about FinTech news and technology advances on an ongoing basis. We’ll also be emailing the new 2022 dates as soon as we have them from the Denton Convention Center and venue hotel. Staying on this email list will ensure you receive timely information. Again, we will send out another communication with the new 2022 dates for T3 in Denton, Texas as soon as those become available – hopefully in the next 1-2 weeks. Sincerely, Phil Galanty, CMP Vice President AIM Meetings and Events Phone: 703-867-1875 | pgalanty@aimmeetings.com Comments are closed.
